Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel , this 2 in 1 in 2 slip-on kit is characterized by the body of the oval and streamlined silencers, with bronzed end caps , in addition to the refined matte black Cerakote ® finish and the Zard logo is included in the bronzed commemorative plate . The Zard “120TH” exhaust for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster S 1250 is available in racing or Euro 5 homologated version and comes with the appropriate dB-Killer..
The slip-on kit is lightweight ( -4.1 kg for the racing version and -3.9 kg for the Euro 5 homologated version compared to the standard silencer) and contributes to increasing engine performance ( +3.4 hp for the racing version and +1.7 hp for the homologated version compared to the standard silencer), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.
To complete this exhaust system, Zard has designed and manufactured an exclusive two-part carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic unit of the original model and integrates perfectly into the bike's design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research, all enriched by the raised golden lines that further emphasize the prestige of this exclusive celebratory model, limited edition to 120 units .
