Description
The ZARD exhaust developed for the Ducati Streetfighter is a full racing kit, consisting of stainless steel headers and silencers with titanium body and carbon fiber end caps.
The two silencers have a new housing under the tail pipe and feature a triangular design and are embellished by carbon fiber end caps with an asymmetric profile.
The complete exhaust includes the air filter by Sprint Filter.
This kit guarantees maximum performance while maintaining the bike's reliability with a +5 hp performance increase.
The feature that makes the ZARD exhaust system dedicated to Streetfighter even more special is its production method, like every Zard product: the exhaust is handmade in Italy by specialized technicians who are also passionate motorcyclists. This guarantees the utmost attention to detail and a totally handcrafted manufacture that results in a product of the highest quality, ensuring durability and optimum performance.
The ZARD exhaust system is also characterized by a very high technological content, which is the result of the enormous experience in the luxury automotive sector, thanks to the collaboration with the GP Tecnica group. This has enabled ZARD to acquire a high level of technological knowledge and know-how, which is reflected in the construction quality and functional and aesthetic innovation of the exhaust system. Added to this is the preciousness of the materials used, such as titanium, steel and high-grade carbon fibre.

Zard products are the perfect symbiosis between craftsmanship and technology. We only use the highest quality raw materials: AISI 304 stainless steel tubes and sheets, titanium and carbon. The TIG - MIG/MAG welds are handmade by specialized operators and the black ceramic treatment used for painting the exhausts resists up to a temperature of over 1000°C. We personally test each system on the road and on the test bench and each production step is carried out with the utmost care, attention and above all, authentic passion.

Approvals
The products available in the approved version are characterized by the 'approved' item which can be selected in the list of options. Removal of the DB killer in approved exhausts leads to the invalidation of the approval and warranty. The Ministry of Transport has officially authorized Officine Italiane Zard to produce motorcycle exhausts with approval valid throughout the European Union. Zard exhausts are designed and manufactured respecting high quality standards and, for the approved models, guarantee compliance with the European directives regarding the approval of exhaust systems (Directive 97/24/EC, EU Regulation 134/2014). Each Zard approved exhaust system is stamped with the approval number shown on the relevant certificate which is supplied and must be presented to the police in the event of an inspection. The approved exhaust is equivalent to the original one and as such must not be replaced in the event of a motorbike overhaul.
