- What is the shipping time to my address?
- It varies according to pin code, should be 3-5 days normally, but if you have not received the same within 5 days, please report to us through CONTACT US or EMAIL
- Do you provide free shipping on all orders?
- Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders above Rs.1000/-, otherwise its nominal charges for shipping.
- Do you have a physical store I can visit?
- We currently do not have a physical store for you to checkout the products and sizing. But, we are in process of opening physical stores shortly. We will keep you posted through out Facebook and Instagram pages.
- How can I tell if an item is in stock?
- All the items you are bale to buy on our website is in stock. If ion item is out of stock, it would mention it and you will not be able to purchase it.
- How do I know what size to get?
- Most of the brands have size charts links on product pages, for additional information, it may be useful to look up the product brand's web site.
- What if my item doesn't fit?
- We try to have a very lenient return policy. We understand that every jacket, jeans, gloves etc., may fit a bit differently and it can be difficult to buy that item on the Internet and be sure it fits correctly. See our Return Policy for details.
- Does MotoPoto charges GST?
- Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST.
