Every single exhaust is realized by out qualified welders and tested on the road and on standard rolling test bench. The black ceramic coating resists till 1000°C. Zard men follow every production process with a very keen attention and authentic passion.
Thanks to the experience gained in creating the exhaust system for the naked Trident 660, Zard Exhaust has created a full exhaust for Triumph's small crossover, the Tiger Sport 660. Made from stainless steel, the Zard exhaust for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 is available in a wide range of variants: the kit is available in a racing version or Euro 5 homologated, while the muffler, fitted with a carbon fibre end cap, can be made from stainless steel, stainless steel with a black finish or even exquisite (and very light) titanium. Remarkable improvements in terms of performance, thanks to an increase in power of 5.9 bhp and a weight reduction of 4.5 kg in the racing version, coupled with a refined look and a new, emotional sound!
